My circadian rhythm is shot to hell. My body wants to sleep at five or six in the morning. I don't have a job or study at the moment, so I have the time to fix it, but I know from experience that it's going to be a bitch. I suppose I just won't go to sleep tonight so that I pass out at around eight or so on friday night. I'll start going to bed early, just in time for the weekend, heh.

1 답변Once I start falling asleep way too late (3-4 AM), the only way I can fix it is by forcing myself to get up early. It sucks for a day or two, but I'll be tired enough to fall asleep at a normal time.

1 답변If you're having trouble sleeping, try Hydroxysine...it's similar to Benadryl, but it works great for sleep. You might experience a little grogginess in the morning, but it's not even close to what you'd feel if you took Nyquil. Not trying to advertise, just wanna help mang

3 답변Does anyone have one of those alarm clocks that slowly get louder? Mine always seems to penetrate my dream it's really unsettling sometimes.

5 답변About once a semester, for about two-three weeks, I can only sleep for four hours a night. It sucks while it lasts, but after that period I just fall back to a normal sleep schedule. I have no idea why this happens, but it does.

1 답변for the past few weeks my sleep pattern has been 5 PM - 2 AM (give or take) i shall try and change that before next week as i'll be home for Easter and therefore have a lot less freedom.
