I have a different aspect on this, think of it this way, every thing you think of is made. but it could be made any where in the whole of time and space, but the larger amount of people who think of the same thing, it's made closer. like the time in doctor who where he gets revived because every one on earth thought of his name at the same time. just think about that.... Also I like the south park song too.
