Honestly, in my opinion, this is a perfect successor to the old forum. i always felt it was a bit cramped/cluttered with everything the way it was, but now, i feel like i can breathe. the new white "foreground" really gives the site a whole new feel. i dunno, i like this UI a lot. oh and as for the category conundrum, tags work just as well. just use relevant tags and make use of the official tags for sorting out your BneXt experience. the reverse cascading flow of discussion, i feel, works how a discussion should. some things are said, but the most relevant thing that was said, save for the OP, should be heard by all.
