Unfortunately didn’t play D1 when it was live serviced but I played everything that D1 can offer in 2025. D1 is awesome, simple, better. Didn’t play SRL honestly, however I don’t think it brings much to the game. Same as Star Wars racer game back in the day but I can agree it could be fun for some players. I would play D1 even right now, however Bungie stopped supporting it and due to constant Beaver code error I cannot join any team or social spaces. Had a whole 2 months of fun until that issue occurred and can’t play D1 ever since.

D1 had SRL for all of 3 weeks one Xmas - it was added later but only private matches & no one played. D1 was never live service, it just had dlcs every 3-6 months. There was no other content, no season passes, no reason to login with things to do.
