After selecting the activity, but before launching, check modifiers. The green circle with + in the middle will show your scope multiplier based on how many IB pieces you have equipped. It is .02x per piece of gear from what I see. 1.10x multi with 5 pieces.

Yes, you have to look under "modifiers" its like the 2nd or 3rd green icon.
