We haven't had an Aggressive frame Solar glaive since Judgment of Kelgorath in Season 19, or ANY solar Glaive (if we exclude the Greasy Luck reissue in Episode: Heresy) since the original Greasy Luck in Season 21, so I would love to see a new one (particularly an Aggressive frame) in Shadow and Order.
And I would absolutely love to see it be able to roll Incandescent and Close to Melee in different columns/at the same time. You've already been experimenting lately with moving traditionally fourth-column perks into the third column (even Incandescent-adjacent perks like Void's Destabilizing Rounds, which has always been kind of Void's analog to Solar's Incandescent, we've started seeing in the third column like on Reghusk's Pledge and High Tyrant) and I think a Glaive would be a pretty safe test without being too game-breaking. I'm no game dev or balance tester, so I'm not sure what all goes into creating a new weapon and how much time it takes, even one with an already-established archetype, and I acknowledge Shadow and Order has already been delayed so time is already tight. But it would absolutely make my year.
we already have 3x solar glaive & each one on different frame so i dont think they will bring another legendary solar glaive... the only realist thing i can see and i hope they do is revert the seasonal and new gear feature so we can use everything without being disadvantaged by seasonal weapon damage & mods. If im not wrong they announced that the old dungeons and raids would be integrated into the portal with different perk distribution and new perks and VOTD raid already have a solar glaive.
