Hi there, Thank you for reaching out, The new Renegades Exotic armor pieces can be earned three ways: 1) Complete the Renegades campaign on Legendary on that class (guaranteed class Exotic at the end). 2) Buy it once from the locked chest/table next to Aunor in the Tharsis Cantina for 4,000 Credits after finishing the campaign. 3) Use an Exotic Keycard from Lawless Frontier bonus chests to open a hidden Exotic chest in the Frontier. That Tharsis chest is not a repeatable vendor for each character. Once you’ve used it and/or once they’ve disabled it for fixes, it can appear empty or unavailable on other characters. There was also a recent change where similar Tharsis vendors had their prices set to nonsense values while Bungie works on a fix. So your Titan isn’t locked out of the new Exotic – you’ll just need to grab it one of these ways instead: Run the Renegades campaign on Legendary as your Titan, then pick the Titan Exotic at the end, or Farm Exotic Keycards in Lawless Frontier and use one on a Renegades Exotic chest for your Titan. The empty table in Tharsis is a limitation/bug with that specific purchase option, not your account.
