Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out.
Have you gone through the steps in the cross-save guide and authenticated all of your linked accounts?

Hi again, Please double check that the correct set of characters have been set as the active Cross Save on the Cross Save setup page. If the wrong set of characters have been set as the active Cross Save, you will need to disable Cross Save, wait the full 90 day deactivation period, and re-enable Cross Save with the correct account set as active. When setting up the Steam account for Cross Save, please verify that the Steam ID number of your linked Steam account matches the account that you are logging into. You can check your Steam ID number by navigating to the Steam Account Details page of your Steam profile, where it will be displayed at the top of the page. Please keep in mind that multiple Steam profiles can have the same name but each will have a unique Steam ID number.

Hi there, When you see “this account is already linked to another account” when setting up Cross Save, it means that platform account is already linked to a different Bungie profile and can’t be moved. To double check what platform it is connected to: - Sign out of Bungie.net everywhere. - Go to bungie.net > Sign In and choose the same platform you’re trying to use to set up Cross Save. - After you sign in, go to Profile > Settings > Account Linking. The Bungie profile that shows up is the one your platform account is already linked to. Platform accounts are permanently linked to a Bungie profile. If you don’t recognize the Bungie account it’s linked to, you’ll need to recover access to that profile in order to use it by contacting your platform's support. Due to mandatory security policy, Bungie is not able to remove connected platform accounts from Bungie.net profiles under any circumstances.
