Hello, ​I am a Guardian Rank 7 player and I am stuck on the quest "Irregular Object" (Objet Irrégulier) given by Failsafe on Nessus. ​The quest objective requires completing 3 Failsafe bounties, but Failsafe does not offer any bounties in her inventory anymore. I have checked all her menu pages and she only shows reputation and seasonal rewards. ​Here is what I have already tried: ​Completed the "A Guardian Rises" introduction and all Tower vendor quests (Zavala, Ikora, Drifter). ​Checked the Quest Archive for any legacy updates. ​My reputation with Failsafe is also stuck at Rank 4 (missing 50 points) and won't increase despite doing public events or patrols. ​Is this quest "broken" due to the recent Nessus overhauls, or is there a new way to complete these "bounties"? ​Thank you for your help!
