Security Concern: Unauthorized Twitch OAuth Authentication Linked to My Account
My account shows evidence of unauthorized third-party linking.
There is a Twitch account listed as “Linked” under my connected accounts. I do not recognize this Twitch account, and I do not have access to it. Twitch has confirmed that they cannot assist because I am not the owner of that account.
This creates a permanent security risk. I am requesting a security review and removal of all third-party links due to account compromise.
I am formally requesting a security review of my account and removal of this unauthorized authentication method. If necessary, I am willing to verify my identity and ownership through any available process.

Bungie will not unlink the account for any reason. As Twitch as refusing to alter the connection on their end you are stuck with the account linked.
