This happened a second time to me today. Once I'd consider a random fluke, this second time is more concerning. I ranked up to 114, but I didn't get the Bright Engram in my Titan's Engram inventory. There was space for the Engram (6 of 10 slots taken up). There was also space in my Titan's Postmaster. Instead, it went to my Warlock's Postmaster. My Warlock has not been played to any significant degree at all since before Edge of Fate launch. I haven't signed into the character at all for several weeks. This happened previously with a Bright Engram going to my Hunter. Again, a similar situation; I've not played my Hunter significantly since before Edge of Fate, but a Bright Engram was sent to his Postmaster.
