Deactivate cross save
I want to remove my PC from my cross save since it has no impact on my ps5 main account however my steam account was locked due to someone trying to steal it. Now I can’t access the account whatsoever and can’t remove it from cross save. Can anyone help me

1 답변Hi there, Thanks for reaching out. Adjusting Cross Save setups requires that you're able to authenticate all linked accounts. Since you can't access your linked Steam account, you won't be able to adjust your Cross Save configuration, and it'll remain as is. Further, since March 25th's [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/35597981889300-Notice-Bungie-net-Account-Unlinking-Update-on-March-25-2025]unlinking update[/url], only Twitch accounts are now eligible to be unlinked from Bungie profiles. All other platform accounts, once linked, are linked permanently. Also, as Bungie entrusts players with the security and management regarding linking their accounts, we do not unlink any accounts on players' behalf. Thus, the Steam account in question will remain linked, even if you could authenticate/access it. We recommend reaching out to Steam for assistance in recovering your linked Steam account.

1 답변Hey there, unfortunately as of March 2025 it is no longer possible to unlink platform accounts. Bungie will not unlink accounts on their end under any circumstances.
