Can you restart D2 and then reopen your character menu (where you see your weapons/armor etc), select Inventory at the top, and then see if they're showing in consumables and wrapped items after a restart? Silver purchased items have to be unwrapped first as they also allow you to refund them. You may want to check your Eververse purchase history [url=https://www.bungie.net/7/en/User/Account/EververseHistory]here[/url] to see if you may have accidentally refunded them. If they definitely aren't in your inventory and aren't showing as refunded, submit a ticket via [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049497351-Contact-Form-Missing-Eververse-Item-or-Add-On-Items]Submit Request[/url] at the bottom.
