Arc Hunter Combination Blow PVP
Console
PLATFORM: PlayStation
ISSUE: Arc Hunter Combination Blow in PVP still not working since Sept 25. Works in PVE though.
REPRO STEPS: Melee any guardian with powered melee will not activate combination blow.
ACTUAL RESULT: Powered Melee does not activate combination blow stacks and does not use up melee energy or refund class ability.
EXPECTED RESULT: Powered Melee is suppose to use the melee ability and refund class ability and activate combination blow x2.

NOTES: The combination blow will rarely activate in PVP and I am unable to replicate how to activate.
