3 답변I am curious how that would work out. Will a random perk just pop up at tier 3 and 5? If so, could this be implemented into bringing back random elements in the future?

Other speculation. 1 Tier Only. 3 to 4 4 to 5 Tier 5's will allow either edits or rerolls though the same system... Potentially, allowing for the addition of the applicable 'shiny" masterwork i.e. Accelerated Assault.
