Bright dust is the in-game way to earn them You do activities, get bright dust, spend it on cosmetics

they should add 100% cosmetics in end game content , but bd doesn't need a change,buffing the weekly gain is the thing that we need

The only difference is that everyone gets to pick and choose what they spend it on and can easily just stockpile it until something they do want is available for it. Not saying there shouldn't be cosmetics that are rewarded and themed around whatever activities they are tied to.
