Yes much needed quality of life improvement... I want to separate my guns from armor in my load outs ... And be able to turn off the pull from the vault thing...

100%. The way I've been removing my guns from my loadouts is to create the loadout with blue weapons saved, then delete the weapons. You end up with a loadout that doesn't change your weapons because the game can't find them.
