작성자: EckyThump 12/27/2025 5:39:10 PMHey there, it is nothing to do with which accounts actually had characters on them, or when characters were created, that doesn't actually affect anything. The two things that matter are, Silver gets locked to both the purchasing platform, and the Active game account on that platform at time of purchase (and just to be repeat, it doesn't matter whether this account has characters or not at the time). Cross-save changes the Active account, which is the important part. By buying Silver on Epic first, this locked the Silver to A) for use while playing the game using the Epic Games launcher, and B) with characters 'belonging' to the Epic Games account only, even if they have not been created yet. When you cross-saved with Steam as the Active character set, then B, above, became dormant and inaccessible. Even if you launch the game through Epic, you are not loading up your Epic Games account as Active, you're loading a Steam game profile. This is why the Silver balance is blank. If you bought the Silver on Epic after cross-saving, then it looks like this, A) Silver only accessible while playing on Epic, B) While playing on the Steam characters who were Active at time of purchase.
