Hey there, do you have any other accounts linked? You need to authenticate all of them.

작성자: EckyThump 12/13/2025 3:15:38 PMYou will need to recover that account one way or another, since platform accounts can no longer be unlinked (and required authentication anyway even before then). You do not need to know the registered email address, it's just one thing Epic can use to reunite you with the account -> https://www.epicgames.com/id/login/recovery/help if you can recover it, then you can set cross-save up. Otherwise unfortunately there are no workarounds.

The thing is, I Cant contacte them, its only through this link and they say u have tried (send a request to many times (I only tried it once lol) is there not a different kind of support like a phone number or email adress....???
