Tried raising a ticket and it got bounced as "Bungie agents cannot assist with the issue" (absolutely insane but it's Bungie!!) but I cannot claim previous Reward Pass Rewards (yes I'm signed in, yes I completed it and it shows me my 110 rank for Ash & Iron, my characters. No it doesnt make any difference if I'm in chrome or edge). There are no "claim buttons", clicking on the items just brings up a description. I can't claim any type of item (it's not an inventory space issue, I cant claim engrams, gear or glimmer - none of which are full). What am I supposed to do to fix this since apparently Bungie do not care. Somewhat annoying it's paid for content, which I then had to grind out and, unlike ever before, can now not claim it?! None of the category choices seem to fit this so was/am unsure how to categorise!
