The weeks leading up to the release of the latest expansion, Renegades, Bungie had announced we would be able to put different ornaments onto exotic armor. Which myself and many other players had assumed this meant *ALL* ornaments, not just other exotic ornaments, only to announce that it applies only to exotic ornaments. I think this is a good start, but it shouldn't be where we stop. I truly think Bungie should allow complete universal ornaments. This wouldn't even be that much of a stretch to do, since the system of exotic ornaments in PvP already automatically revert the ornament to the base appearance. Allowing other ornaments on exotic armor would be the most freeing move Bungie could do for the community that wishes to express themselves via their ornaments without their gear getting in the way. I'm personally rocking the Shocktrooper (Stormtrooper) fit for my Titan, but I main the Praxic Blade so I use Stronghold, but none of the exotic ornaments properly fit with the Shocktrooper appearance and feel out of place, no matter what exotic ornament I use.
