We're having the same issue. We have the other catalysts, but Hyperblade wont drop after multiple attemps. Our first time through all three of us (Two on PS5 one on Series X) experienced a crash to dashboard. After that we decided to do the catalyst one by one. We got the first two but Hyperblade wont drop.

I haven't heard of Hyperblade being bugged. Lets make sure you are going through the right secrets. I am just making sure. Start the timer and head straight to the room before the boss with the orbs above your head. Create white balls and throw 3 at the white orb. Defeat the mini boss to create another hidden orb. Create black balls and throw 3 and the black orb. Defeat the mini boss to create another hidden orb. Create white balls and throw 3 at the white orb. Defeat the mini boss to create another hidden orb. Create black balls and throw 3 and the black orb. Defeat the mini boss to create another hidden orb. Use the Praxic Blade to destroy the orbs above the pillars. Defeat the New boss that has appeared. Continue the misson as normal. Upper hand requires finding the Two Knights in the beginning. No need for that since you have Upper Hand.
