I was downloading something using IDM (internet downlaod manager) while playing and got a few network errors. I didn't think it was that big a deal since i was playing solo but I got perma banned. I sent a support ticket asking if it was possible to revise it, since its my first offense, but they said my temporary ban will remain unchanged and told me not to send another ticket. So I just wanted to know if I was accidentally perma banned.
