Unfortunately it seems that I have soft locked numerous Seasonal Challenges relating to data pads. I farmed last week the Reclaim missions numerous times over, often picking up the data pads as these seemed to respawn on each run. Intermittently this would give me a lore book entry, which eventually got me 9/9 of the Lore Book completed "As Without" (3rd tab, very bottom-right). It seems that by doing so, this has resulted in the game knowing I have the lore book complete, and is not spawning any other data pads. I've checked the one in Warlords Ruin, Expedition Cosmodrone and both data pads in The Insight Terminus - none of these are present. I was even present in a fireteam for Warlords Ruin and The Insight Terminus, my fireteam member could see the data pad but I could not. I have 0 progress tracked for these triumphs, so never picked these up last week (as per the URL attached to Bray Tech). Any advice from the Destiny Team would be appreciated! As it seems I will miss out on loads of seasonal challenges because of this. I also fear that I will miss out on the final big seasonal challenge for the heap of Bright Dust. Thank you!
