I find it unreasonable that Bungie expects players to provide visual evidence of bugs, as if everyone constantly records their gameplay. And in cases where they don't, they're expected to reproduce the issue again, essentially wasting their own time just to meet support requirements.

Here's a link to a YouTube video showing that the object for the catalyst is missing. It was there when I first started a catalyst run then my friend left the fireteam. This was before we knew this was something that would happen.

We realised that he wasn't getting the intrinsic perks when i was hitting the symbols. So we backed out and went solo. We'd both already picked up and inserted the data pad in the previous run, and it wasn't there when i went back in solo. So i completed the run and got the rest of the intrinsics, and the catalyst dropped at the end as well. The run has to be at least Master level for the catalyst to drop. Intrinsics can be got at any level.
