So you are telling me I'm just stuck with no characters I didn't delete, and that there is nothing Bungie can do because as you claim there is no bug and error on bungie's sever that can remove, and/or delete characters. When there has been countless bugs and other glitches. Are you apart of bungie? Because what I can see you are just a community helper so you can not review anything other than stated the the help guide which I already read before posting.

For what happened in your case, it can only be done by a person as it takes several manual inputs to do. Delete 2 characters, create 1, delete 3rd. There is no bug that causes this. Even less if as your clanmate pointed out that your vault was emptied. These are indications of a malicious act if you did not do it. I am giving you the information provided by Bungie for these cases. They can see the post if I have stated anything incorrectly they will address it. I would still recommend updating all of your security.
