First off, no electric surge doesn’t one tap and when it does it because you’re shields are broken and The Who ever was around you was low enough to die thus killing you as well the only other time it will one shot if you use d2 physics and your surge melee launches them into a wall then yes it “may” have a chance to one shot but by it self with 200 melee on arc or prismatic class with exotic class item doesn’t one shot any full health guardian or guardians. It takes 40 secs at 100 melee on arc to proc and 1 minute on prismatic to proc. Arc hunters and proc there version at 14 sec on 100 melee. Titans can 1 tap without an exotic at 200 melee. Anyone that thinks electric surge is a spamable melee and get 1 tap is silly. Electric surge needs a buff to make it more consistent in kills , follow up with a regular melee and need a lower cool down to put it in line with tempest strike

Where is the Titans ? Hunters got shoulder charge killed remember, it doesn't even 1 tap with peregrine anymore
