Guys just change ornaments. Someone pointed it out to me. Think it's bugged. I tried to edit my post but it isn't letting me for some reason. Iron Pledge is working so far. Intent and Truage is not I can confirm.

I have noticed two different sets triggering the multiplier so far and neither of them are the latest armors. One is Iron Pledge and the other is the armor set with the different names on each piece. Not really sure what it is called. For transmog honestly I mostly just do the pvp related bounties when I play a PVP activity which I guess with IB around is the perfect time for it. I just find it quicker than trying to do pve bounties that makes you use certain weapons and such that may not be the most efficient, especially on GM difficulties.
