We understand you're unable to exit Matterspark once you enter it. This does sound peculiar to us. To rule out a temporary issue, you may wish to see if [url=https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/6AD7-820D-8BE5-E51F]Clearing the Download Cache[/url] alleviates this.
If the issue persists, then please consider recording a short videoclip of what you're experiencing. If you record such a clip, you can upload it to a site like Youtube, and share a link here. We'll then investigate this.

Thanks for the reply--just finished clearing the download cache and found that the issue persisted. Post-cache clip of issue replication is attached. I played around with adding/removing some modifiers as well but this had no effect. For what it's worth, I looked back at my session history and can see that as recently as 9/13 I did a solo ops Caldera, and though I don't have a clip of it, I can confirm Matterspark worked as intended for me on that run.

Hey again, Thank you for your detailed response and this video. Having reviewed the video, we can imagine the impact this issue may have had. By any chance, if you change which button input you use to go into Matterspark, does this issue resolve itself? Please let us know.
