Player since 2014: Vault fix. Use the collections tab as the Vault. We are unable to pull "earned" random rolled gear from collections. If you change this one thing and build in all safe guards for leveling power up, you can eliminate the Vault. If I earn gear it's already here, just let me pull whatever/whenever from this tab and apply the perks I've earned related to whatever tier I've unlocked. This is the only fix you need to eliminate the horrid inventory management in this game. Thanks guys! You killed it on the Renegades reveal and made me believe in the future of D2 again!
