Unable to claim previous season pass rewards
I can't claim my season of reclamation engrams and gear that I unlocked it shows it on the companion but when I click it then it says no characters on this account and shows everything locked.

Hi there, Thanks for reaching out. The team is aware of this issue and is already investigating. That said, you should be able to claim any rewards you missed from the previous Rewards Pass via the Companion app, so please try doing so.
