Just because you don’t cheat doesn’t mean someone in your fireteam wasn’t cheating. Playing in a premade fireteam with a cheater (obvious or not) is grounds for getting banned. How well do you know the players in your contest mode raid group?

They were randoms. But if one of them was cheating, it wasn’t obvious to me. But being banned because someone else is cheating isn’t really fair, especially if I didn’t know. The raid was brand new so I was going in blind. If they were cheating on mechanics, I wouldn’t know because it was my first time doing it.

It is fair to be banned if you are in the team. Especially with the amount of cheating in this contest mode race. This is why we have to be cautious when playing with randoms….especially in big events such as raid races.
