While if you are trying to reach out to a certain player, there may be some Privacy Settings involved either on your side or theirs, to try and clear up any issues that may be coming from your end, we'd recommend trying to reinstall the application and ensure that you allow the app the permissions requested. If that doesn't help, we'd recommend logging out and logging back in, and on the website, if possible, try messaging from different browsers to see if the issue persists.
