Can mods for single player games be detected by battler

I’ve been having this thought for the past couple weeks and I have been wondering if Battleye could detect mods for my other games (mostly fallout 4), since some of the mods would write the files of the single player game and it got me worried that battleye would flag the mod Just asking for clarification
Moderator edit: This thread has been updated with tags that are more appropriate. Feel free to private message the moderator who moved your post, link to topic, for further clarification about why this topic was moved.
Part of how battleye works is like in memory. So like as long as I'm not injecting scripts into the battleye game I should be ok. Vortex or something, probably ok right. Cheatengine or some sketchy mod menu or script injector I don't know about, probably stay away from that unless you're comfortable with the risks and workarounds. There might be someone around here more versed but I'd search around the net a bit more as well. This feels like a question that has a good answer somewhere. I've just never cared to look into it (which probably wasn't smart in hindsight, but anyway...) Random aside; No bans but several games just hate Rivatuner Statistics Server that optionally comes with MSI Afterburner. Rockstar stuff, Arma, Elden Ring start acting wonky real quick or refuse to start. Aaaand in the day, there was an element of "at your own risk" with the modding. I think that's still true and bears repeating.
