The Lionfish has been featured exactly once in EoF whereas the other Pinnacle weapons and armor have been featured multiple times. Remember when we had GM Nightfalls where you could farm the featured weapon of the week? It may take you awhile to get the roll you want, but every run, you knew you had a chance. This new Conquest playlist is not a suitable replacement to GMs as they are one and done. You do the Conquest Whisper, you get the Lionfish, but it has terrible perks. Now all you can do it run the Pinnacle Ops playlist and pray the weapon drops. If you want it to be a T5, you better hope your RNG is better than mine. We are currently living in a world where a guardian could potentially never get the roll they want on the Lionfish as it is never featured, and there is no guarantee the weapon will drop on completions. It makes ZERO SENSE that the Lionfish has been featured just once, whereas everything else has been featured more than once. (The first and only time the LF was featured was week 1 on a Friday. 1 day before the raid.) These are just the thoughts of the 233rd guardian to reach power level 450. (08/08/2025)
