People manage to cheat even at CS tournaments. It's impossible to stamp out cheating - once an anti-cheat measure is implemented programmers that are developing the cheat find a workaround. But - good cheats cost money so very few people are actually buying these to play D2.

A brief search will net you several presets specifically for D2 for “Accessibility Devices”. Willful ignorance is worse than stupidity.

Sweetheart doesn't understand the difference between a software cheat that costs over 200 quid a year and an input device that comes with dozens of presets for various games...Sweetie, there's no big market for cheats for D2 because there's little to gain from it. The "street cred" of being good at D2 PvP is literally zero as most teens and twens consider that a "dad game".
