I am trying to unlock the intrinsics for Slayer's Fang. I can successfully enter the 3 intrinsic codes in the organ and I see the confirmation message show on screen. However when I go to the map location to retrieve the upgrade item, it's not there at all and there's nothing to collect. Am I missing something? I have completing the mission once already and received the initial Slayer's Fang drop, which I had equipped when I loaded in to get the intrinsics.
