Kell's Fall softlock

When collecting the motes in various encounters of the Kell's fall mission, the stack count gets stuck (seemingly at 6) and collecting further motes does not increase the number of stacks, only refreshing the timer. If this occurs in the first major encounter, the encounter becomes softlocked and impassable as the shielded abominations can't be killed.
