I really enjoy using this Exotic armor in PvE, as it boosts the team's survival chances during group activities. However, I've found it somewhat challenging to use effectively. First, there's a lack of class ability regeneration: Pairing it with Combination Blow works decently, but it's clearly not ideal for higher-difficulty activities. I hope this Exotic armor could provide a PvE-focused class ability recharge effect. For example, granting class ability energy on Strand final blows. Second, its damage resistance bonus against Threaded Specters feels insufficient in high-difficulty content (e.g., Mythic difficulty), and its taunt effect on bosses is noticeably weak. While it does attract minor enemies effectively, bosses remain completely unaffected. Titans' Barricade can reliably taunt boss-level enemies, so I wish this Exotic could offer a comparable level of aggro draw.
