I really like some of these Twitch emblems, They legit had some effort put into them. (Free emblems) What i don't like is the way you get them. Only having one shot at getting them and at a specific time at that. Who thought that it would be a great idea to tie these exclusive emblems to a live stream ? Not everyone lives in the same time zones nor do people have the time or possibilities to watch them. This is not to mention how buggy Twitch is. Take Reacting to Trials matches for examples. Sometimes a reaction will count and other times they either wont at all or you have to constantly react for them to count. So instead of watching 10 matches, you will have to watch 20-an unknown amount of matches. Last weeks stream, I had the Stream open 10 min before the start. I had it up in the background whilst i was making food and stuff. Remembered the Stream an hour later and swapped over to Twitch to check the progress and it was still in the starting soon screen. Refreshed the page and the Stream was over and i lost my opportunity to get the emblem. This time the Stream started by itself and i was able to get it. Things like these are really annoying and can and will cause you to unfairly loose out on exclusive rewards. So that might just be Twitch things, but what isn't Twitch things is the way Bungie notify us about upcoming Streams. They decided to tell us about it in Twabs and i think X only. For whatever reason they just ignore the in game notification feature. Would be a perfect placement for it. There are so many emblems that you will never get because of these extreme time limits and poor communication. I don't understand why they decided to spend both the time and resources making emblems only for a small percentage of players to get them. Not due to skills. But because of a strict time. It would be awesome if they were to add these to the game, have some be as random drops after activities, ad some to seasonal challenges. Playing the game and specific game modes would feel more rewarding. Again i am talking about the emblems that you get for free by just watching the Stream.
