Are you [i]positive[/i] you completed the [b]Elegant Arsenal: Long Arm[/b] Quest? I ask this because when viewing your account via the app you appear to have 0/9 progress toward the [b]Foiled Again[/b] Triumph. If you have completed the Long Arm Quest this should display as 1/9. Is it possible you picked up the Quest with one character on your account, got a Long Arm drop with another character (either by running Spire or by opening the chest to the right of the Emissary) and simply assumed you had completed the Quest? I would suggest checking your Quest Tab on all three characters just to make sure it isn’t sitting there for one of them. (΄◉◞౪◟◉｀)
