Hey there, it is a bug, yeah. The quest can no longer be completed and should have been removed, but it was not. So you should just ignore it.

    i get that but the problem is i am stuck because i didn't receive the new quest that lets you focus rose and deadlock and stuff so i currently am unable to acquire them weapons

    i seem to be stupid the rose focusing is in the other legacy focusing section i was looking in the current one thank you for your help and sorry for wasting your time sincerely flow
