Imo you give icarus dash to a warlock with blink and lightning slide, with storm caller is just asking for a confluence of abilities as annoying as smoke + clone + swarm, and for one or all of those things to be hit with a nerf.
Edit: To clarify a concern, momentum based things have a habit of interacting in unintended ways. Like shatter, well, bubble, and snap skating.
Ironically, Icarus is a good example of why this is probably a bad idea to ask for.

Blink has so many cooldowns now most the time u cant even ads before you are toast even running verse. Bungie needs to stop pushing warlocks to the bottom of the barrel Damn sounds like if warocks only had the exact load out you are running with the same speed in the air you would lose it. Titans wtf dude Sorry dude im just salty just got wrecked by a Titan over and over in a comp match. Lol
