If I'm remembering correctly, you need to rank up Saladin (or get an engram to drop post game) and then claim an engram from the top right of his screen when you have one.

작성자: viiTactiiCZz 4/2/2025 8:16:24 AMHe isn't giving you a free one, its telling you to claim one from him - the quest is the introduction to the Iron Banner rework that happened during Season 17 which included his UI being changed. His engrams are stored on the top right of his vendor screen, if you have none you need to rank up more/get one to drop via RNG from Iron Banner match completion. Can you link to a video of you claiming one from his inventory and the quest not updating?
