Does it specifically say “you have no changes available” or does it just not save what you’re trying to change it to?

Well back when I changed it, it said I had 1 but i thought it wouldve been like every other game where i can change it like every 3 months or something, now it tells me that i have no name changes, i changed my name 2 years ago i believe
