MATCHMAKING IS COMPLETELY LOPSIDED IN TRIALS ON BOTH CARDS
It's a blowout either way on your side or the other side it's completely broken. There are barely any good games where you're both struggling back and forth it's usually a blowout and that needs to be fixed with skill based matchmaking when you're solo queuing

To be fair I'm one of the lower skilled players that needs to be carried, and I love the new format. In 23 games I went 7-16, had a 3 win streak and got my first adept weapon in D2. In the 23 games I had 47 kills and a KD of .35. Am I proud of that, no, but in my opinion at my skill level it's a war of attrition. All that being said, while I do feel bad if I screwed up any of my matchmade teammates (yes all matches were solo queued) streaks this is the format we've been given and I'm going to get stomped by good players but I will eventually get to the lighthouse every week.

5 답변The majority of us are being served up as cannon fodder for the streamers and sweats. It is what it is, break out your jotunn and set a goal to nail one sweat with it and teabag them if you can stay alive long enough! 😁

2 답변The "changes" were only made to Trials to increase the number of shitters in the pool of pvp players for the top 1% to stomp. I am a pvp shitter. I know what I'm talking about.

Agreed. I tried carrying my lil bro with the new changes and gave up after 3 matches. All 3 matches I got another new light 3rd(no problem) and the other team were duo’s who had been to lighthouse already. (One of the team’s had played 92 matches in less than 48 hours While we had played 2) How am I gonna have a fair/fun time if I’m only getting stomped trying to help other players out. Balance of lobbies is BS. Bungie Add this to the list.

Yeah dude i honestly don't know what it is about Destiny in particular but it has hands down the absolute worst match making of any shooter I've played. 1 out of maybe 10 games I play, regardless of the mode, are actually competitive. I hopped on trials earlier. Lost the first game 4-2. Second game i attempted and we couldn't even get out of the spawn. I'm an average player at best, and I'm constantly getting matched against god tier players.

No way this is a random matchmaking! Keep getting awful players for teammates including new and very low lights. Played doubles as well, same thing. Not even one match we had a teammate to finish the game with more than 2 kills! WTF? Plus the worst player I’ve ever seen managed to go flawless with 7 consecutive wins 😆 0.4KD I’m not the best myself but imagine what are my teammates like.

1 답변I've been to the lighthouse now 11 times this weekend and in that time frame I have seen the worst matchmaking of any PVP game I've ever played and when you are solo queuing and you have to get streaks because your loot is tied to that it cannot be the wild wild West when it comes to solo queuing. It is not a metric for skill

I don't give a toss about Adept weapons. I'd just like some decent gameplay. It's unbalanced as all hell and they've still done nothing to address cheating. Example.. one local player I keep running into is an obvious cheat. His Crucible stats are dodgy as hell. I've reported him multiple times and when I checked his Steam profile, it appears he's a well known cheat there too. But nothing has been done about him. What does it take to clean the game up?

My brother in light, either take accountability and improve or zip it and take your participation trophy and gtfo of trials.

6 답변Yea I kinda agree but it's very hard to make it even. For example I played trials last time like over a year ago and always just got a one flawless ticket and farmed the adept weapons for the rest of the weekend while getting piss drunk. My trials kd is maybe 0.7. But my lifetime kd since year 1 is 1.5, used to be over 2 back in the day when I was more "sweaty". Now just tried trials first time since forever (+I'm drunk now) and got a dominant 4 win streak but game 5 it wasn't for us. Maybe I should change something, I wanted to make Hard Light work but I don't think it's it. Should go back to sniping but I'm too rusty :D

1 답변My games tend to go 44% 5 to 0 44% 0 to 5 22% 4 to 4 coin toss That’s not really bad, but it’s definitely noticeable. I’d prefer if most games came down to the coin toss 66% of the time.

3 답변작성자: Zerocool 2/16/2025 10:19:06 PMIve made a post on the connections but this is another big issue, team mates, like why is every match the same, all my team mates seemingly die first, im constantly up against it, fighting 2v3, 1v3, why do people not understand survival? you would think after 2 or 3 rounds of doing the same thing and dying first you would change strats but no, it seems a common theme with half the player base. I real feel like Bungie has blacklisted my account!

3 답변Bro, I get the worst idiots on my team. Unless I’m dropping near 20+ kills a game, my team is losing. It’s insane how bad it is. It’s not hard to implement a snake draft in the solo que. As for the other ques, well that’s what getting a good team is for.

It's rigged as it is they need to rig it so bad players win more. With the way the matchmaking is now the population will be so low. Every game almost the other team.is better. They are rigging it against bad players.
