I recently decided to relocate my Bungie account to my primary steam account after playing Destiny 2 on a secondary Steam account--ever since D2 was taken off of the Blizzard launcher several years ago. I had messed up the migration initially because I ended up creating a new Bungie account entirely on my main Steam account and couldn't figure out how to undo it, after which I ultimately decided to create a new Steam account and just migrate my progress from Blizzard there. I finally decided to fix the migration problem because I wanted all my games on one Steam account and unlinked my secondary Steam account (the one I ended up migrating to) and relinked my Bungie account to my main Steam account. The issue is, there is already a save on my main account, I had created a hunter around a year ago on my main Steam account to see what the new light experience was like with some friends, and I even bought some silver so I could get a season pass. Now that I have relinked this Bungie account to my steam account, I can still access my old characters through my secondary Steam account but can only access the new light hunter I created a year ago on my main Steam account. I know that cross-save has a cooldown of 90 days, but do I have to wait 90 days to access my old characters on my main Steam account as well? Do I need to delete my new light hunter too? I'm not trying to migrate all the DLC I've purchased on my secondary steam account, as I intend to repurchase them on my main account and I know you can't migrate purchases, nor do I care about the silver I purchased on the new light hunter, I just want my characters that I have progress on to be accessible from my main Steam account (also I want to make sure I didn't just royally screw up and lose my progress). Can anyone at Bungie Support let me know? Thank you!
