From what I've seen with the perk active it beats all shotguns except for Acrius without the perk it's still like the 2nd best shotgun in damage. It has pretty strong ad clearing though the ad clearing part while it works in Raids and Dungeons does start to disappear in Master Raids/Dungeons, Master Nightfalls, GM's. But it still does some pretty insane damage (Again 2nd best special without perk active best if it is) and with repulsor you get +40 hp per every kill essentially (Void overshields still aren't the best but this can help a lot especially with Titans). High damage + good ad clear + some extra utility in the void overshield and weaken = a pretty strong weapon. It does however have 1 massive drawback. Ammo. Ammo is an issue for all shotguns and I often didn't use Conditional outside of champions or bosses so I never noticed how bad it was till I used this. Edit: Also forgot to mention in pve it gets +50% range (All shotguns do) which is why it feels like it's in fusion rifle ranges because it is.
