Lol that exotic in if itself needs a buff, like an osmiomancy type of loop

I was thinking it just makes submunitions weaken. Devour already does heavy work on keeping nades topped up. In addition to that. I think all exotics that modify an ability need to give you that ability no matter what subclass you are on. For example. If I equip nothing manacles on shadebinder, my glacier grenade should be replaced with a scatter grenade. Moth keeper wraps should be the gold standard for an exotic that affects an ability. (Gives any sub that ability, is a REALLY strong ability, and gives you another ability charge)

Honestly that's a really good suggestion, I got nothing to add aside from suggestions like buffs to grenade affecting exotics
