Failsafe in the HELM is the Episode vendor for Echoes. Looking at your account via the API it currently does not show you as owning the Episode: Echoes pass.
Which version of The Final Shape did you purchase? if it was the Standard edition during the current Episode then you were given the Revenant Episode pass.
In order to access Episode: Echoes now, you would need to have the Annual Pass edition of The Final Shape.

If you go down the Annual Pass route - you will get Echoes and Heresy, you will also get the dungeon key for the 2 dungeons this year. So before buying things, think about what you'd like access to, to make sure its not wasting money.
